Technology Access for Grades K-12

District 110 is preparing our learners to meet the demands of their future as global citizens, digital learners, innovative thinkers, and collaborative problem-solvers. This means creating high-tech, global opportunities for our learners. In this District 110 Technology Plan, our learners will have the opportunity to master the school curriculum using and expanding their creativity, communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills.

This technology plan provides technology resources to all classrooms in kindergarten through Grade 12. District 110 is committed to providing a high-quality learning experience that is relevant and engaging for today’s students and fosters life-long learning. Teachers will integrate student devices in the classroom to

  • enhance and accelerate learning,

  • leverage technology for individualizing instruction,

  • increase student engagement, and

  • strengthen necessary skills, such as communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.
