Mary Weber

I have been teaching at Waconia Wildcat Preschool 20+ years. Preschool is a fun place to play, read stories, learn about ourselves and others, be a great friend, dance and sing, and learn to love school. I live in St. Bonifacius with my family. I have two daughters, one son, and my husband is a teacher as well. We like to play games together, go camping, play outdoors, read books, and travel across the United States on our summer vacation.

Trisha Molinari

I live in St. Bonifacius with my family. I have three boys, which means we spend a lot of time at the hockey arena or baseball fields. I've been Ms. Mary's assistant for over 10 years. I am fortunate to have met many wonderful families in our community through Waconia Wildcat Preschool. The best part of my job is watching my preschool friends grow and make new friends.

Melissa Otto

I graduated from the University of St. Thomas in May 2019 with a degree in Elementary Education. I started my teaching career by subbing in different age groups and fell in love with preschool. Their curiosity and excitement for school fuels my passion for teaching. I live in Waconia with my boyfriend and our mini goldendoodle, Koa. When I am not at school, I am either doing yoga, trying out new coffee shops, or walking Koa by the lake.

Andrea Mathwig

I am blessed to be living here in this wonderful community my whole life. I have enjoyed working with this amazing program since 2002.  It is fun to be a part of the children’s growth and development from year to year.  I am married and we have two sons. When I am not at school I am usually outside exploring nature.

Michelle Rist

I began my teaching career in 1998 in my hometown of Brandon, SD.  My husband Matt and I have two beautiful daughters, Paige and  Addison, and In 2018 we moved to Ames, Iowa where I taught for two more years before moving to Mound, MN in 2020.  I love being part of the Waconia Wildcat Preschool family and look forward to many more wonderful years of teaching.
