Technology Distribution Plan for All Grades

There are currently three priorities that the tech staff have on their plate. Devices for students, internet access for families and support for staff, students and families.

Devices

• K-5--For families that indicated a need for a device a grade-level appropriate device will be placed in the instructional materials bag for pick up during the Instructional Materials Distribution time at each elementary. 
• 6-12--Students that indicated on the survey that they need a device will pick up these devices during the instructional material distribution time in the High School Commons Area and the Middle School Media Center.
• WLC--Students that need a device will pick one up at the WLC building

Internet access 

• We are currently working diligently to acquire as many resources as possible to provide assistance with internet access.  We will connect via email with specific families that have indicated a need during the week of March 23-March 30

Support

District 110 Technology and Integrationist staff are fully committed to doing everything we can to support staff, students, and families.  We realize that there are many new challenges beyond just distance that change our support strategies.  We are working on options to make it as efficient as possible for staff, students and parents.
