The Waconia Wildcat Preschool (formerly named Rainbow Preschool) is a part of Waconia Public Schools and is a place where children are inspired to wonder, create, learn and dream in a warm and welcoming environment. We have high quality instructors and teaching assistants as well as standardized curriculum and assessments. We will be adopting a social emotional framework, called pyramid model. This framework sets the stage for developing friendships, solving problems and understanding emotions for self regulation skills. We know that every child is unique, and we differentiate our instruction to meet each child’s individual needs. Our preschool is an inclusion program open to all 3, 4, & 5 year old children. Transportation is available for an additional charge. The following offerings are available to families for the 2018-2019 school year.
