Cancellation/Refund Policy

The registration fee is nonrefundable. Class cancellations need to be received in the Community Education Office two weeks prior to withdrawal or participant will be required to pay the difference.

Registration/Supply Fees:

Each registration requires a nonrefundable registration fee: $35 before July 28, 2017, and $40 after July 28, 2017, and a supply fee: Session 1, 2, & 3 = $60 supply fee; Session 4, 5, & 6 = $85 supply fee; and Session 7 & 8 = $135 supply fee. The supply fee is nonrefundable after July 28, 2017.

Class Fees:
The following are monthly fees for each session. The fee is to be paid in full on or before the 1st of each month by cash, check, or credit card. Payments may be submitted to your child's instructor or to the Community Education Office. Please note that no invoices are sent out.

Session 1, 2, & 3: $115/month
Session 4, 5, & 6: $150/month
Session 7 & 8: $215/month

Tuition credit or refund is not given for school holidays, school cancellations due to inclement weather or other emergency closings, vacations, or illness.
